Standing Together. Standing Strong. #IStandWithYou

As we begin 2026, we are honoured to announce that registrations are now open for Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch 2026, taking place on 28 March 2026, Saturday, at 10 Square @ Orchard Central.

With two months to go, we enter the final phase of preparation for our annual flagship awareness event. This year, more than ever, we come together with one clear message: #IStandWithYou.

Endometriosis is often lived in silence. Pain is normalised. Symptoms are dismissed. Emotional and physical struggles are carried quietly by patients and caregivers alike.

Our #IStandWithYou theme represents a collective commitment to stand with those impacted by endometriosis. We stand with patients navigating chronic pain and uncertainty. We stand with caregivers supporting their loved ones behind the scenes. We stand with healthcare professionals, advocates, and allies working towards better understanding, care, and change.

Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch is not just an event. It is a shared declaration that no one should walk this journey alone.

What to Expect at Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch 2026

This year’s programme has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the many dimensions of endometriosis, from medical understanding to emotional realities, lived experiences, and self care. Participants can expect:

  • A clinical session by an endometriosis specialist exploring why endometriosis remains widely misunderstood, addressing medical gaps, myths, and systemic challenges.

  • Voices from the Community, featuring real stories from patients, caregivers, and allies sharing what #IStandWithYou means to them in moments of pain, care, and solidarity.

  • A compassionate conversation by a clinical psychologist on navigating grief from both the patient and caregiver perspectives.

  • An experiential self-care segment by an art psychotherapist focused on emotional awareness, expression, and holding space.

  • A live Q&A segment with our speakers, offering a space to clarify, deepen understanding, and engage in respectful dialogue.

  • A closing segment honouring our volunteers and recognising Best Yellow Dressed, celebrating the spirit of solidarity that carries this community forward.

We are also honoured to welcome Dr Wan Rizal Bin Wan Zakariah, Member of Parliament, as our Guest of Honour. His presence reflects the importance of leadership, male allyship, and shared responsibility in advancing conversations around health, caregiving, and mental wellbeing.

Support the Cause

Just a few minutes after the arrival of 2026, we received news that a major sponsorship commitment for Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch 2026 could not proceed due to internal budget constraints at the final approval stage.

As a result, E for Endometriosis is currently facing a $7,000 shortfall for our annual flagship awareness event, scheduled for 28 March 2026.

Our commitment to delivering this event remains unchanged.

We are therefore opening a call for corporate sponsors, partners, and aligned organisations who wish to support this initiative. Sponsorship contributions will go directly towards essential event costs, including venue and programme execution, to ensure the event remains inclusive, accessible, and impactful.

Organisations or individuals interested in exploring sponsorship or partnership opportunities may contact us at:

For individuals who prefer to support through personal contributions, donations can also be made via our Give.Asia campaign:

We would appreciate your support in sharing this update within your professional networks so it reaches those who may be in a position to help.

Miracles are prayed for at this point, and so is collective effort 💛

Thank you for standing with the endometriosis community.

Standing Together

Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch exists because of the community that continues to show up, speak up, and stand with one another.

Whether you join us in person, submit a video, share this initiative, or support behind the scenes, your presence matters.

Together, we say #IStandWithYou.

A Rare Return. A Moment That Matters

Dr. Peter Barton-Smith will be flying in from London to join us at Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch 2026.

For many in Singapore, he is remembered as one of the first doctors who truly listened, at a time when endometriosis pain was often misunderstood or dismissed. His work helped shape how complex endometriosis care evolved here, and his influence continues internationally today.

His last in-person presence in Singapore was close to a decade ago. This is a rare opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and hear from a highly respected international endometriosis specialist with over two decades of clinical experience, whose work has touched patients, clinicians, and communities across borders.

If endometriosis has ever affected you, someone you love, or someone you care about, this is a moment you do not want to miss.
