With a heavy heart, I am posting to update the outcome of the #truemylense social awareness photo contest. Participation has not been encouraging despite the extension. It is only wise not to push for it any longer.
I am grateful to the five participants who stepped forward. Since the response is nothing close to what was expected, allow me some time to discuss with the affected parties & finalize the best way to proceed; judgement-wise, prizes, & exhibiting of the artwork.
Thank you to the participants for the show of support. I applaud you for sharing your stories of struggles & triumphs. It touches my heart to see the effort you have put into the presentation of your submission while adhering to all the required terms & conditions. Know that I value your ingenuity & attempt.

This photo contest is a collaboration between:
E for Endometriosis🎗️ and Our Bralette Club 🍑
The purpose & theme of this photo contest is to create social awareness (purpose) on the issues relating to Endometriosis (theme). It is also in conjunction with Endometriosis Awareness Month.

Terms & Conditions
Participants
Exclusive to only EndoSupportSG Facebook Group members residing in Singapore. Prizes & giveaways will only be delivered to local addresses.
Photo(s) Specifications
The photo(s) must be submitted in a high-resolution JPEG or PNG format. It must not contain violence (gory), profanity, obscenity, or direct attacks on individuals or organizations. Any entries deemed offensive will be immediately disqualified.
The photo(s) must be an original creation; no copyrighted images be used.
The participant must certify and warrant that the submitted photo(s) does not violate the rights of a third party or any copyright. E for Endometriosis is not responsible for intellectual property violations that might have resulted through the submissions of photos.
The maximum number of submissions is two photos per participant.
Judging
After the contest closes at 23:59 hours on 9th April 2022 (Singapore time), qualifying photos will be judged based on the photo’s message clarity, numbers of viewership, numbers of likes, and overall impact of the photo’s presentation.
The selected photos will be shared in the EndoSupportSG Facebook Group on the 16th of April 2022 where members of the group will be encouraged to give likes to photos that are deemed as impactful. The numbers of likes and viewership will be taken into consideration when judging. The cut-off time for it is on the 23rd of April 2022 at 23:59 hours (Singapore time).
E for Endometriosis is the main jury to judge the entries. The jury’s decision is final; the jury may also decide not to select any photos to appear on any social media platform if entries are judged of insufficient quality. Any attempt by a participant to influence the result or subvert the photo competition will lead to immediate disqualification.
The photo selected to be considered for inclusion in the Our Bralette Club’s virtual exhibition platform; Gather Town.
The photos will also be used by E for Endometriosis to create Endometriosis awareness.
The result will be announced on the 30th of April 2022 and the participant will be notified by e-mail.
If an entrant is unable to be contacted after one week of reasonable attempts have been made, E for Endometriosis reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.

E for Endometriosis reserves the right to change the winning prizes should there be any unforeseen circumstances to which such decision is deemed appropriate.
Should such a situation arise, E for Endometriosis will notify publicly in all of its official social media accounts.
Rights and Ownership
By submitting the photos to E for Endometriosis, participants agree to E for Endometriosis free of charge the right to use the photo in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media even if they are not the winning entries.
E for Endometriosis agrees to mention the given name of the chosen contestant when used in the Our Bralette Club’s virtual exhibition platform; Gather Town, or other Endometriosis advocacy-related materials.
General
E for Endometriosis reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans, or other items directly or indirectly related to the contest, at any time and for any reason deems necessary.
By submitting the photos to E for Endometriosis, participants are taken as fully understood the terms and conditions applied and fully agreed to it.

STEP 1: Be a member of EndoSupportSG Facebook Group. To be a member, answer all the membership request questions accordingly (truthfully too).
STEP 2: Send your photos to iamnamira.e@gmail.com with this statement:
I, insert your Facebook Display Name (this is to check if you truly are our member) fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated in www.endosupport.sg/post/truemylense.
STEP 3: Explain your photo (provide the description)
