Updated: Mar 25

About The Event:

Embark on a meaningful journey with us at the 'Wear Yellow SG EndoMarch 2024.' Beyond being a mere event, it stands as a united endeavour to raise awareness about Endometriosis. This annual flagship event serves as a catalyst for change, dedicating a day to amplify the voices of patients, advocates, caregivers, and like-minded individuals, assuring you that your presence is not only acknowledged but deeply cherished.

Unique Event Features:

  • Expert Insights: Join us as we bring together two stalwarts in the field of Endometriosis, Dr. Ma Li from NUH and Professor Fong Yoke Fai from the EndoFibroid Center. These esteemed speakers will share their profound expertise on various topics related to Endometriosis.

  • Artistic Awareness: Experience the visually captivating documentary, 'Endo & Us,' by Australian filmmaker Katie McQueen. This compelling 20-minute film seamlessly blends information with artistry, providing a unique perspective on Endometriosis.

  • Honouring Dedication: Join us in an appreciation and award ceremony recognizing the dedication of volunteers. The ceremony will culminate in a lively "Best Yellow-Dressed" award, adding a touch of joy to the occasion.

  • Solidarity Showcase: Explore mini exhibition booths by various support groups in the event foyer, showcasing unity and strength in our collective efforts.

  • Refreshment Delight: Indulge in light refreshments provided at 1 pm —a perfect opportunity to mingle while gaining insights from the exhibited booths.

Global Alignment:

Our event strategically aligns with the Worldwide EndoMarch, making a substantial contribution to the global movement. Synchronizing our schedule with this international initiative adds an extra layer of resonance to our cause.

The Best Yellow Dressed Award consists of products & vouchers from:

1)     Naoki Matcha: Studies suggest that caffeine can increase inflammation in the body, making it troublesome for individuals with Endometriosis. High-grade matcha green tea, like Naoki Matcha's, is generally considered a better alternative to coffee. It is an excellent gift for anyone looking to switch to a healthier lifestyle.

2)     Blood: Blood is a challenger consumer brand that creates game-changing period care products for all who bleed. Their focus on product innovation and material design enables them to invent products that are both high-performing and better for the body.

3)     Our Bralette Club: A Singapore-based brand that promotes body inclusivity with hopes to spread body-positive messages to all through comfortable bralettes for women to feel empowered and safe from within.

4)     The Malayan Council: The Malayan Council (TMC) presents a collage of fond food memories that celebrate the love for Malay-Asian and Western as well as English fusion flavours. Redefining the concept of a high-end Muslim-owned establishment, TMC serves exquisite dishes made only with curated premium ingredients in their traditional recipes. It has been a top Halal restaurant since 2015.
